At Two Little Sips Co., each item is carefully handcrafted and packaged with love. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items (including snow globe tumblers) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at twolittlesipsco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.
