We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Products & Services

All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, placement, or finish. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Custom and made-to-order items (including snow globe tumblers) are created specifically for each customer and cannot be altered once production has begun.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

Processing times are listed in product descriptions and begin once payment is received. Turnaround times do not include shipping time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered, Two Little Sips Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details regarding damaged items or shipping claims.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Failure to do so may void eligibility for replacement or store credit.

All content on this website—including photos, designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the property of Two Little Sips Co.and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including harassment, fraud, or interference with the operation of the site.
